Ingredients

  •  1 box Kodiak Cakes Double Chocolate Chunk Brownie Mix
  • 1 box Kodiak Cakes Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookie Mix
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 2 sheets graham crackers
  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 large whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 sheets graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup mini marshmallows

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and coat a 9 x 12 baking dish with non-stick spray or coconut oil.
  2. Make brownie batter and cookie dough in separate bowls according to instructions on box.
  3. Pour brownie batter into pan first, then add cookie dough. Spread evenly. Bake for 45-50 minutes until edges of cookie are golden brown and center is set. Remove from oven and let cool.
  4. Prepare topping by adding chocolate chips and coconut oil to a small bowl. Place in microwave in 20 second increments until melted. Drizzle on top of 'brookies', then sprinkle on mini marshmallows and crumbled graham crackers.
