- 1 scoop strawberry ice cream
- Dark chocolate, melted
- 1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped
- 2 Kodiak Thin & Crispy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Vanilla Sprinkle Ice Cream Sandwich
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 tablespoon multicolored sprinkles
- 2 Kodiak Thin & Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Dark Chocolate & Nuts Ice Cream Sandwich
- 1 scoop chocolate ice cream
- Dark chocolate melted
- 1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped
- 2 Kodiak Thin & Crispy Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies
Directions
Dark Chocolate Strawberry & Pistachio Ice Cream Sandwich
- Place a scoop of strawberry ice cream on top of the bottom of a Kodiak Thin & Crispy Oatmeal Raisin Cookie.
- Place another cookie on top (bottom down) and gently squish the ice cream.
- Dip half of the sandwich into melted dark chocolate, and then immediately into chopped pistachios.
- Serve immediately or place into the freezer until ready to serve.
Vanilla Sprinkle Ice Cream Sandwich
- Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the bottom of a Kodiak Thin & Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookie.
- Place another cookie on top (bottom down) and gently squish the ice cream.
- Dip half of the sandwich into sprinkles.
