For those days when you need that protein to help you power through your to-do lists, whip up this Stuffed Turkey Bacon, Egg White, & Cheddar Protein Waffle sandwich. Substitute your favorite deli meats to change it up or add your own twist with a little hot sauce or other condiments.   • 2 egg whites
  • 2 strips of turkey bacon
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix 
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Separate the egg yolk from the whites and cook the egg whites on low heat.
  2. Combine Kodiak mix, water and oil into a large mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Grease the waffle maker and pour batter until the first fill line.
  4. Stack turkey bacon, egg whites, and cheese on top.
  5. Top with more batter.
  6. Cook waffle until golden brown.
  7. Slice and serve.
