Ingredients
- 2 Kodiak Gluten-free Frontier Oat Power Waffles*
- 1 small avocado
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Coarse salt, to taste
Directions
- Toast the waffles until golden brown. Set aside.
- Slice the avocado in half and discard pit.
- Scoop the avocado out of each half and slice thinly.
- Top each waffle with one half of sliced avocado. Drizzle 1 teaspoon olive oil over each half and top with salt, as desired. Add seeds for extra flare.
- Alternately, scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl and add olive oil. Mash with a fork. Divide the mixture between waffles and spread across top. Sprinkle with salt.
