Ingredients

Sheet Pan Flapjack:

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix 
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 cup toasted pecans

 

Toppings:

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon oats
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • Maple syrup to serve
     

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Coat a 9x13” pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray. 
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together Kodiak mix, brown sugar, and pecans. 
  3. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla and melted butter. 
  4. Whisk the wet and dry ingredients together gently until just combined. Pour into the prepared baking sheet and spread batter to the outer edges of the pan. 
  5. Core and thinly slice apples and arrange on top of the batter. 
  6. Mix the brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the flapjack batter.
  7. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown and the top springs back to a light touch. 
  8. Serve warm with additional butter and maple syrup as desired.
