Ingredients

  • 2 Kodiak Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Packets
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup whole milk 
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jelly or jam

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Place the oatmeal, yogurt, egg, milk, salt, and baking powder in a blender.
  2. Blend until well combined and oats are broken down into very small pieces.
  3. Divide the mixture between two greased ramekins.
  4. Spoon 1 tablespoon of jelly into the center of each ramekin.
  5. Place both ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Cool slightly and enjoy.
