With this s’mores waffle recipe, each bite is an adventure — and a tasty one at that! Ingredients
- 1 cup Kodiak Chocolate Chip Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 large egg (optional)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/3 cup mini marshmallows (or chopped big marshmallows)
- 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Topping Ideas:
- Toasted mini marshmallows
- Graham cracker crumbs
- Chocolate sauce or chocolate chips
- Yogurt or Whipped cream
- Or just eat it right off the iron, it's that good.
Directions
- Preheat your waffle iron and spray it with nonstick spray.
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and let rest for a couple of minutes.
- Pour the batter into your waffle iron and cook according to your waffle maker's instructions (usually about 3-5 minutes). The amount of batter used per waffle will vary by waffle iron.
- When waffle is done, transfer to plate and repeat step 3 with remaining batter.
- Serve warm with desired toppings!
