Nuts & Seeds Power Oatmeal

Smooth, crunchy, nutty—texture is what makes a boring breakfast, well, un-boring. Liven up your morning with this Nuts & Seeds Power Oatmeal. Simply pour your Protein Oats in a bowl, add water, heat, and mix in a nut butter. And to top it off,, stuff...a handful of cashews, walnuts, or sunflower seeds on top and devour.


  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Classic Rolled Oats Canister
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of choice (ex: peanut butter, almond butter, sunflower butter, etc.)
  • 2-3 tablespoons nuts and/or seeds (ex: almonds, walnuts, pepitas, chia seeds, etc)


  1. Measure oatmeal into a bowl.
  2. Add about 3/4 cup water or milk until oatmeal is covered.
  3. Stir well and microwave for 90 seconds.
  4. Top the heated oatmeal cup with nut butter, nuts, and seeds.
