Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Additional topping options (onion, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc.)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Combine Kodiak mix, water, and olive oil. Form into a soft dough.
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a 4" circle.
- Top each crust with pizza sauce, cheese, and assorted toppings.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
