Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- Additional toppings (onion, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, etc.)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Combine Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Power Cakes mix, water, and olive oil. Form into a soft dough
- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a 4" circle
- Top each crust with pizza sauce, cheese, and assorted toppings
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted
