  • 1-1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 packets Kodiak Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal Packets
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup pepitas
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 


  1. Melt the coconut oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the oatmeal packets, sunflower seeds, pecans, pepitas, and cinnamon and stir to combine.
  3. Stir the mixture every 30 seconds for about 5 minutes, or until toasted and golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
