Ingredients
- 8 Kodiak Blueberry Power Waffles
- 3/4 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Zest of 1 lemon
Directions
- Toast the waffles until lightly golden brown. Place on a platter.
- Add the yogurt, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Place dollops of the lemon protein whip on top of the toasted waffles.
- Top the waffles with the lemon zest and fresh blueberries.
- Drizzle maple syrup over waffles, if desired.
