Ingredients

  • 8 Kodiak Blueberry Power Waffles
  • 3/4 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt 
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon 
  • 1/2 cup blueberries 
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Toast the waffles until lightly golden brown. Place on a platter.
  2. Add the yogurt, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Place dollops of the lemon protein whip on top of the toasted waffles.
  4. Top the waffles with the lemon zest and fresh blueberries.
  5. Drizzle maple syrup over waffles, if desired.
