Ingredients
- 1 Kodiak Buttermilk & Maple Flapjack Power Cup
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
- 1 slice bacon, chopped
Directions
- Remove the lid from the flapjack cup and add the egg and a quarter cup of milk. Stir with a fork until a smooth batter forms.
- Stir in most of the cheese and bacon, reserving a small amount of each to sprinkle on top of the mixture.
- Microwave for 70 to 75 seconds, or until fully puffed and cooked. Enjoy!
