Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Whole Wheat Oat & Honey Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  2. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown and inserted toothpick come out slightly moist.
