Power Brownie Crisps

Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Kodiak Cakes Double Dark Chocolate Power Bake Muffin Mix
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. and grease or line baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Add ingredients to a large bowl and whisk well until batter is smooth
  3. Pour batter onto prepared pan, spreading it as thinly as possible. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the pan from oven and use a pizza wheel or sharp knife to cut the crisps into squares. Do not try and remove the pieces. Return baking sheet to the oven and bake for additional 10 minutes until crisp
