Ingredients

Filling:

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes Flapjacks and Waffle mix
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 2 granny smith apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar

 

Crisp:

  • 1 cup Kodiak Rolled Oats Canister 
  • 1/4 cup Kodiak Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes Flapjack and Waffle mix
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 tablespoon butter, cold and cubed
  • Powdered sugar for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F
  2. In a large bowl, stir the Kodiak mix and water together until batter is combined
  3. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a heated and greased pan or griddle. Cook on medium-high heat until bubbles form on the top. Flip and continue to cook until golden brown
  4. Cut the pancakes into cubes and mix with the sliced apples, cranberries, and brown sugar. Place the mixture in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish
  5. In a medium bowl. Combine the rolled oats, Kodiak mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon
  6. Add the cold, cubed butter and use your fingers to rub it into the oat mixture until crumbly
  7. Place the crumbles over the top of the filling
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is juicy and the top is browned
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm
