Chinese Scallion Pancakes:

  • 2 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 4 green onions


Ginger Dipping Sauce:

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes


  1. Make the dipping sauce by whisking together all ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and knead into a dough.
  3. Divide into four equal rounds.
  4. Lightly flour a surface with Kodiak mix and use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin circle.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Place the rolled dough in the skillet and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden.
  7. Repeat for each pancake.
