Ingredients

  • 1 Kodiak Cinnamon Oatmeal Power Cup 
  • 1/4 cup milk 
  • 1/2 egg, beaten 
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 
     

Directions
