Ready in 15 minutes, this recipe calls for only four simple ingredients: a box of Kodiak® Buttermilk Power Cakes® Mix, an egg, water, and a handful of your favorite berries.   • 1 cup Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup whole milk, more if needed
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Kodiak mix, egg, and water. Stir in berries.
  3. Pour the batter into muffins cups.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
