Ingredients
Sheet Pan Flapjack:
- 2 cups Kodiak Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans
Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon oats
- 2 apples, sliced
- Maple syrup to serve
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Coat a 9x13” pan with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together Kodiak mix, brown sugar, and pecans.
- In a separate medium bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla and melted butter.
- Whisk the wet and dry ingredients together gently until just combined. Pour into the prepared baking sheet and spread batter to the outer edges of the pan.
- Core and thinly slice apples and arrange on top of the batter.
- Mix the brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon together and sprinkle over the flapjack batter.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown and the top springs back to a light touch.
- Serve warm with additional butter and maple syrup as desired.
