Cran-raspberry & Orange Christmas Cocktail

Who says Christmas cheer is just for kids? Kodiak Cakes has something under the tree for the 21+ crowd as well with this Cran-Raspberry & Orange Christmas Cocktail. It's perfect as an evening nightcap before the big guy comes down the chimney or as a large batch Christmas Day brunch punch. Easily remove the gin, and you still have a delicious, tart, citrus drink everyone can enjoy.


  • 3 cups cranberry juice
  • 1-1/2 cups Kodiak Cakes Raspberry Superfruit Syrup
  • 1-1/2 parts fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 part cran-raspberry reduction
  • 1 part gin
  • 1 part soda water
  • 1 curled orange peel
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 cinnamon stick


  1. Combine cranberry juice and Kodiak Cakes Superfruit Raspberry syrup together in a medium saucepan over medium heat
  2. Simmer for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until liquid reduces in half
  1. Combine fresh orange juice, cran-raspberry reduction, and gin in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a block of ice
  3. Top with soda water
  4. Run the orange peel along the rim and place on the side of the glass
  5. Stir the drink with the rosemary sprig and cinnamon stick and leave in the glass next to the orange peel
  6. Serve
*Mocktail version: Omit gin and replace with an extra 1/2 part orange juice and 1/2 part cran-raspberry reduction
