Ingredients
- 1 package Kodiak Buttermilk & Vanilla Power Waffles
- 3 cups Chili (canned or homemade)
- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup salsa
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- 1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1⁄2 small red onion, sliced
Directions
- Heat the chili over medium heat in a saucepan.
- Remove the frozen waffles from their packaging and toast each one.
- To serve, top each waffle with roughly 1/3 cup chili, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon sour cream, and a spoonful of remaining toppings. Enjoy!
