Ingredients

  • 1 package Kodiak Buttermilk & Vanilla Power Waffles 
  • 3 cups Chili (canned or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup sour cream
  • 1⁄2 cup salsa
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1⁄2 small red onion, sliced

Directions

  1. Heat the chili over medium heat in a saucepan.
  2. Remove the frozen waffles from their packaging and toast each one.
  3. To serve, top each waffle with roughly 1/3 cup chili, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 1 tablespoon sour cream, and a spoonful of remaining toppings. Enjoy!
