
Strawberry Glazed Donut Holes

Donuts don't always have to be a "guilty pleasure" with recipes like these strawberry glazed donut holes. Made using Kodiak® Buttermilk & Honey Flapjack & Waffle Mix, this recipe makes a delicious bite-sized snack that packs in the whole grains and offers a boost of protein.

Ingredients
Donut Holes:
- 1-3/4 cup Kodiak Buttermilk & Honey Frontier Cakes Flapjack and Waffle Mix
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Glaze:
- 1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries, puréed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F and grease a mini muffin pan with oil.
- In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together until combined, careful not to over mix.
- Fill the mini muffin pan 3/4 full and bake for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Meanwhile, whisk the powdered sugar and strawberry pure together until smooth.
- Dip the baked and cooled donut holes in the strawberry glaze to coat.
- Let the glaze dry and harden.
