Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1-1/2 cups Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 1 cup Kodiak Classic Rolled Oats Canister
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream butter and brown sugar together until smooth
- Mix in egg and vanilla
- Stir flour, oats, baking soda, and salt together
- Blend the dry mixture into the wet ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips
- Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden
*Can use whole wheat flour if preferred.
