Ingredients
- 1 bottle, Kodiak Buttermilk Quick Mix Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix, prepared
- 4 strawberries, stems removed
- 1 kiwi, peeled, cut into four slices
- 4 slices banana
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions
- Cook bite-sized flapjacks over a griddle until golden brown. Let cool.
- Thread a skewer with four flapjacks, and one slice of each kind of fruit, placing the fruit in between the flapjacks.
- Dust skewers with powdered sugar and serve!
