From meats, cheeses, and crackers to Crunchy Bars, fruit, and nuts for days — just tap into your inner artist to arrange it all. And the best part is, adding Kodiak® to the mix brings a little boost of whole grains and protein to your charcuterie board. Make it an afternoon snack or serve as a classic app; either way, this crave-worthy board comes together in minutes and satisfies the masses!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup jam or jelly 
  • 3-4 varieties cured or smoked meats (salami, sausage, prosciutto, ham, etc.) 
  • 2-3 varieties semi-hard cheeses (cheddar, Monterey, gouda, etc.)  
  • 2-3 varieties soft cheeses (Brie, feta, ricotta, etc.) 
  • 3-4 packages Kodiak Crunchy Granola Bars
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (blackberries, grapes, apples, etc.) 
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (apricots, cranberries, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • 1/4 cup almonds and/or Pistachios 
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (mint, thyme, etc.) 

Directions

  1. Place jam into small bowls on the board. 
  2. Add meats and cheeses. 
  3. Add Crunchy Bars onto the board. 
  4. Fill gaps in the board with fresh and dried fruit, olives, and nuts. 
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs.
