Ingredients

  • 4 Crunchy Granola Bars, crushed (any flavor)
  • 1 can coconut milk (13.5 oz)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup raspberries 

Directions

  1. Place the coconut milk, chia seeds, and maple sugar in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Let sit for 5 minutes. 
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between 4 containers. 
  3. Top each container with 1 crushed granola bar and 1/4 cup raspberries. 
  4. Cover the containers and refrigerate overnight, or for at least an hour.
