You can’t beat these easy-to-make Banana Bread Bites. With just a handful of everyday ingredients like bananas, peanut butter, and eggs, this recipe packs in protein, 100% whole grains, and delicious, sweet ‘n salty flavor that’ll satisfy those mid-afternoon cravings. Honestly, your fam won’t be able to tell the difference between these Banana Bread Bites and homemade cookies… but that’ll be our secret. ;)

Ingredients
- 1 cup Kodiak Chocolate Chip Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 2/3 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the waffle mix, mashed banana, peanut butter, and egg in a mixing bowl and whisk together to form a smooth batter.
- Scoop heaping tablespoons full of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart in mounds. Top each mound with a few chopped walnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for six minutes, or until the tops are puffed and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack.
- Store in an airtight container.
