Ingredients
- 1 packet Kodiak Berries & Cream Peak Oatmeal Packets
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons apple sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons blueberries (preferably wild, frozen)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Place 1 packet oatmeal, the egg, milk, baking powder, and applesauce in a blender and blend until the oats are broken down into smaller pieces.
- Pour the mixture into a greased, and oven-proof, single-serve bowl.
- In another small bowl, stir together the cream cheese and maple syrup. Spoon into the center of the oat mixture.
- Sprinkle the blueberries over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until puffed and cooked through.
- Cool slightly before digging in!
