  • 2-1/2 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk and Chia Energy Cakes mix
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil
  • 3/4 cup milk of chocie
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1-1/2 cup dried cranberries
