Our pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is filled with Golden Waffles, of course. This stack hits the jackpot featuring the delicious taste of rich chocolate, wholesome whole grains, and a boost of protein in every bite. Jazz them up with a bit of that St. Paddy's flair using a dollup of whipped cream and drizzle of caramel sauce to bring the luck of the Irish to your breakfast table!

Ingredients

Caramel whipped cream:

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp caramel sauce

 

Waffles:

  • 4 dark chocolate waffles
  • Gold sprinkles

Directions

  1. Make whipped cream by whisking the heavy whipping cream until thick and fluffy.
  2. Stir in the caramel sauce.
  3. Toast waffles on the lowest setting until crispy and hot.
  4. Stack waffles and cut a circle from the center of the top waffle.
  5. Fill the cutout space with the caramel whipped cream.
  6. Top with gold sprinkles.
